I. Basic Provisions
- The data controller pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) is Anna Kohoutová, IČO: 06797938, a natural person registered in the Trade Register at the Trade Licensing Office in Prague 15 (the “Owner“).

- The Owner has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

- After this period, the Owner will delete your personal data.

- The Owner may transfer personal data to countries outside the EU or to international organizations. Such recipients may include providers of mailing or cloud services.

- The Owner declares that appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of personal data.
VIII. Final Provisions
- By checking the consent box in the online form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept this Privacy Policy.
- The Owner may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The new version will be published on the website and, where applicable, sent to you by email at the address you provided.
These terms take effect on 18 September 2025.
